Mission Hope Cancer Center is accredited as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer, the highest designation awarded to community cancer center. Marian Cancer Care is one of only three designated programs between San Francisco and Los Angeles to receive this impressive accreditation.
This state-of-the-art facility unites Santa Maria oncology treatment, imaging, research, education and outreach services at one location. Tours at this award winning center will be personally led by Robert Dichmann, MD, Cancer Center Founder, and Katherine Guthrie, Regional Director of Cancer Services Central Coast.
As the first integrated oncology facility on the Central Coast, Mission Hope Cancer Center features advanced technology and expert health care professionals from the nation’s top medical training programs. As a UCLA affiliate, Mission Hope Cancer Center promotes and facilitates participation in a multitude of clinical trials and has a higher percentage of patients on clinical trials than any other UCLA satellite site in the nation—allowing patients to receive the latest treatment offerings all while remaining close to home.
