Tech Brew is a free networking event where people interested in technology can hang out in an informal environment with a small TEDtalk-like presentation from an interesting speaker. The presentation runs for about 20 minutes, but make no mistake, the goal is for smart people to meet other smart people.

Tech Pitch is an opportunity for emerging startups to find co-founders and other key people on their entrepreneurial journey. Tech Pitch is the last stage of a Softec Moment and is equivalent to the first night of a Startup Weekend, designed for adults. Softec does not care if the pitch is tech because we advocate for the entrepreneurial process regardless of industry. We need new startups in all areas of our community, and we are glad to help.
Third Wednesday at Noon
A Tech Read event helps thought-leading authors reach our tech-rich audience. We recruit recently published tech, entrepreneurship, and business authors to tell our members about their books. A Tech Read gets Softec members talking about smart ideas, the second leg of a Softec Moment.
Scheduled on Author availability
Tech Jobs is a virtual event that serves tech employers and Softec members. If held in the physical world, this would be called a Job Fair. The mission of Tech Jobs is to connect smart people to brilliant employers and create business opportunities. If you think this sounds like a Softec Moment, that is because it is one.
